The company wants to build an impressive hotel complex that really makes an impression. Central to the project is sustainability and recycling.
When the proposal for the new detailed plan for Boden Business Park was announced, it was clear that several new players were now waiting for the green light to establish themselves.
One of these is Part Group, which will build a large hotel complex focused on contractor housing.
– We see what is happening in Skellefteå and what is going on in Boden. This is something we want to be a part of, says Anton Lundholm, CEO of Part Group.
The hotel’s appearance has been inspired by a snowflake. The building in the middle will have a restaurant, conference facilities, gym and spa. The protruding parts will be contractor housing and will be built from finished modules and accommodate approximately 145 rooms.
– We also work with lighting design to create something that really makes an impression and arouses interest, says Andreas Stenman, architecture and design manager at Part Group.
The building at Boden Business Park will mostly be made of wood and come from modules that already exist today in various places in Sweden, but which are not used.
– Sustainability is important to us and it feels great that we can reuse parts of something we have already manufactured, says Anton Lundholm
Part Group is now working on the building permit documents and hopes to be able to start construction soon.
– If we only get the green light, we can have the hotel in place quickly. I do not want to leave a schedule, but it will be a quick construction if everything goes as planed, says Anton Lundholm.
